The short version, dear

You need to be 13 or older to show me things, dear, and under 18 you need a parent’s or guardian’s say-so.

I’m a made-up grandma played by an AI, and I can be wrong. A report is my opinion, not a certificate, so please don’t hang “Grandma Approved” in the lobby.

Only show me what’s yours to show. No one else’s private details, and no links to sign-in pages or bank pages.

What you show me stays yours, and you can do as you like with my report.

About these terms

These terms cover Grandma Test, at https://www.grandmatest.com, which is run by Lean Digital Agency LLC (“we” in these terms). By using Grandma Test, you agree to them.

Who may use it

You must be 13 or older. If you’re under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

What Grandma Test is

  • Grandma Dot is a made-up character played by an AI model, and no person reviews your report.
  • A report is one AI character’s opinion, given for feedback and fun.
  • It isn’t professional, accessibility, legal or design advice.
  • It isn’t an endorsement by us, or a statement of fact about anyone’s product.
  • Don’t present “Grandma Approved” as a certification.
  • A report can be wrong.

Using it fairly

  • Show only what you have the right to show.
  • Show nothing illegal.
  • Don’t show anyone else’s personal information.
  • Don’t share private links, such as sign-in, password reset or bank pages.
  • Don’t use Grandma to reach pages you aren’t allowed to see, or to get around a website’s access controls.
  • Don’t overload or scrape the service, or try to get around its protections.

Website links

Grandma opens the page the way a visitor would. You’re responsible for the link you give her.

Who owns what

  • You keep your content.
  • You may use your report and share card as you like; we claim no rights in them.
  • The app, the Grandma Dot character and the Grandma Test brand belong to Lean Digital Agency LLC.

Blocking and changes to the service

We may block abusive use, and we may change or stop the service at any time.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, we provide Grandma Test as it is, with no warranty of any kind. We don’t promise that it will be available, accurate or suitable for any purpose.

Limits on our liability

Grandma Test is free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with it is limited to $50, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.

Governing law and courts

The laws of North Carolina govern these terms, and any dispute about them or about Grandma Test goes to the courts of North Carolina.

The rest

  • If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • These terms and our privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and us about Grandma Test. Grandma’s short version at the top of this page is a summary; the sections after it are what applies.
  • When we change these terms, we update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
